As we announced a few months ago, the third-party we used for secure credit card and online transactions gave us notice that they will be shutting down their services at the end of February. We contracted with a new company, Arista, to take over this role. Both services will be available until the end of February. Starting March 1st, only the new payment method will be available.
Please be aware this change only impacts payments made through the website or over the phone.
This will not impact the Cooperative's "Check Free" reoccurring ACH payment plan.
The information you need to sign up for the new payment method can be found on your latest bill. For security reasons, the Cooperative will not be able to provide you with that information over the phone or email.
The new method through Arista is fairly similar to the EZPay method. Unfortunately, Arista cannot accept meter readings submitted to their payment processing site. You are still able to submit your meter reading through the Cooperative website directly.
