Alerts & Notifications: Stay informed on important account events via email or text messages. Receive the information you need to make the right decisions about your account.

Paperless Billing: What if you could save some time and a tree at the same time? Activate SmartHub paperless billing, an eco-friendly way to instantly access your bill.

Usage Monitoring: Worrying about usage or surprising bill amounts can be stressful. With access to this information, you can be in control and make decisions that can help reduce your bill.

Important Dates to Remember


Mar. 20th to Apr. 1st

Payment Options Temporarily Not Available

As we change to our new SmartHub payment system, some of our payment options will not be available (Credit Card and E-Check payments).

We will be accepting payments via Check, Cash, or Money order that are mailed or dropped off in the night-box

Because of this transition, bills due on the 15th of April and May will be held at the "Early Pay Discount" amount.


 


Mar. 20th

Arista Auto Payments Will Be Stopped

If you current have Auto Pay set up through Arista (credit card & e-check), any payments scheduled will be canceled after March 20th. 

On our launch date April 1st, please register your account in SmartHub and follow the directions on this page to re-setup your Auto Pay settings.


 


April 1st

SmartHub Goes Live!

Our team has been working hard to get this new system ready for you. It’s going to make managing your account easier than ever.
