Reporting Power Outages

If you experience a power outage, please first check your fuses or circuit breakers, as the issue may be within your panel.

To report the outage, please call us at 800-364-8640.

Important:

• Do not assume your neighbor has reported the outage. It’s possible that you are the only one affected.
• The more members who report an outage, the better our line crews can identify the source of the issue and restore power more quickly.

During widespread outages, several thousand members may be calling at once. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to keep trying if you can’t get through right away.

Please note that if the issue is determined to be your responsibility (e.g., within your house or beyond the masthead/meter pole), you may incur fees of up to $300.
